Sean Michael Ryan (1970)
Robert Stover sent us Sean's obituary
(without a date of the clipping), a shortened version reads:
Funeral services for a Madison College student found dead in a campus
lake in Harrisonburg Saturday will be held on Wednesday in Arlington
National Cemetery... Ryan, who would have been 18 on Monday, was
the son of retired Army Chief Warrant Officer and Mrs. John M. Ryan...
... A graduate of Hammond High
School in Alexandria, he was an outstanding student and was editor of
the school newspaper, a representative to the Junior Class Board and a
letterman on the soccer team. He was also a squadron leader in
the Civil Air Patrol and was active in "The Second Front," a

Suzanne
Marie LaMar (1989)
Suzanne
LaMar passed away in May 1989 of colon cancer. We learned
this through Susan Sullivan (Roberts) who talked to her sister,
Jeanne. Suzanne was diagnosed with colon cancer in Feb.
1989, but it was too far along, and she was gone by May. Jeanne
said Suzanne was engaged to marry a wonderful man at the time, and her
life was just going beautifully until this happened.

Lance
Edward Weaver (March 9, 1993)
Susan Sullivan
(Roberts)
has been in contact with Lance's brother Curt. She writes
"Lance died of malignant melanoma and pneumonia actually took
him. He left a daughter, Sarah by his 1st wife, and a son and daughter
by his 2nd wife, and his brother Curtis, a '74 TCW grad. Near the end
of his life, Lance was really hoping to locate John <aka Jhon>
Settle, a very close friend of his, but he and Curtis were unable to
find him. Curt is still hopeful about finding John Settle, as it would
give true closure to him by fulfilling Lance's wish. Curt's email
address is weaver@utinet.net
and lives in Whispering Pines, NC.
